Oven Cleaning Westbury

Our 8-Stage Professional Oven Cleaning Process

1/ Inspection /Survey

We’ll inspect the fan, controls, seal, fixings, and bulb housing during our first visit to make sure everything is in working order.

Before beginning any cleaning, we’ll let you know if we discover anything that necessitates further attention.

2/ Preparation

Oven cleaning is a messy job as you can imagine.

Protecting the area and items around your appliance is critical in order to prevent splashes from damaging them.

Dust sheets and other barriers will be put in place to prevent this from happening.

3/ Racks, fan and bulb

After removing all the rack and rack holder covers and the light bulb cover, we are ready to dip.

Ovens vary widely in design, so it is possible that the fan or rack holders cannot be removed. In this case, the oven must be cleaned from the inside.

4. Dipping

We then transport the disassembled components to the van, where they are dipped in our top-of-the-line dip tank, which has now reached its maximum temperature.

Even the most obstinate carbon is no match for this method’s power. Again, not all items can be dipped, and if they can’t, we have other methods of cleaning them.

5. Clean Inside the Oven

Before we begin cleaning, we heat the interior of the oven to help loosen grease and dirt.

Once we’re satisfied it’s clean, we’ll rinse it TWICE more to make sure no residue is left in the oven.

6. Door strip down

Whenever possible, the door is disassembled to reveal the internal glass; some doors feature two panels, while others feature three.

During this procedure, the door and grease gulley are typically removed and cleaned. Before reassembling and reinstalling the door, the glass is cleaned thoroughly.

7. Finishing touches

We go over the entire oven with a final wipe down and dry both inside and out to ensure its sparkling.

Where applicable we will use a special stainless steel oil to give a streak free finish, a very nice touch.

8. Tidy up and checks.

Before performing our final checks on the oven, we make sure everything is put back together and working properly by tidying up our protective sheets and cleaning supplies.

To ensure that your oven is ready to use right away, we heat it up to check for any cleaning residue that we may have missed.

Why Get Your Oven Cleaned?

While cleaning an oven can be time consuming, difficult, and even dangerous due to the use of harsh chemicals, leaving it uncleaned could lead to more serious issues later.

Cooking food in an oven can lead to messes, especially when you’re making roast dinners with a lot of fat.

This food residue will burn and, in the worst case scenario, catch fire, leaving a smoky taste in your oven for anything else you cook.

When you cook food inside your oven there is often spills and food that gets stuck on the grills, sides and base of the oven, particularly when cooking things like roast dinners where there’s lots of fat involved.

This food residue will burn and in the worst case scenario catch fire and at the very least leave a smoky taste on whatever else you cook in your oven.

This food residue contains germs that, if left untreated, will contaminate any subsequent food you cook in your oven and inevitably infect your meals and you and your family as a result.

Additionally, the oven’s health must be considered. The same food residue can get stuck to the oven’s mechanical parts and filters, resulting in a decrease in oven efficiency and even a total breakdown of the oven.

In the long run, this will save you money and keep you from having to buy a new oven if you clean your oven regularly.

Does your oven look like this?

Aesthetics

We take pride in our home and want it to look its best, especially when we have visitors like our friends and neighbours over.

Imagine having friends or family over for dinner only to reveal a filthy oven to them!

Having your oven cleaned by a professional on a regular basis will ensure that you are noticed for the right reasons and that your guests will return.

Why use a professional?

As our name implies, we are “professionals,” and we have the necessary qualifications and equipment as well as the latest cleaning solutions to do the job RIGHT. We have all of this and more.

There are a lot of things that could go wrong with an oven if you remove the door incorrectly or break an element.

A good contractor knows what he’s doing and knows when he should not strip doors for fear of damaging them.

Some oven doors are easy to remove, but putting them back together can be a bit more challenging.

Every step of our process has been meticulously planned to ensure the best possible results while minimising the risk of damaging the oven in the process.

After a professional clean, your oven will not only look better and perform better, but the food you cook will retain its natural flavour and be free of any harmful germs that may have been introduced to it by lingering food particles or smoke.

Would you like to try your hand at plastering or installing a new boiler in your house?

I’m assuming you’d hire a professional to fix your car, so why not do the same with your oven?
